This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the 171 platform. By accessing or registering an account, you agree to comply with all rules stated below. Please read carefully before using any of our services.

By accessing the 171 website or registering an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
171 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content or services through any device.
Account Creation & Security
To access the full range of services on the 171 platform, you must register an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual may result in all associated accounts being suspended.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the platform.
- Your account password is solely your responsibility. Do not share it with anyone.
- 171 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
- All activity carried out through your account is considered your own, unless you promptly report any unauthorised access or a security breach.
User Responsibilities & Prohibitions
By using the 171 platform, you agree not to engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities against the platform or other users. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the technical functions of the platform.
- Creating or using fake accounts, or assuming another person's identity.
- Engaging in money laundering or any other suspicious financial activity through the platform.
- Uploading or distributing harmful, inflammatory, or unlawful content under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform for unauthorised gain.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination and legal action where applicable.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 171 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform supports commonly used local payment methods in Malaysia, including internet banking via FPX and e-wallets such as TNG eWallet.
- Deposits that have been successfully processed cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming account.
- Your first withdrawal requires identity verification — please ensure your bank account name matches your 171 account profile.
- 171 reserves the right to withhold or suspend any withdrawal deemed suspicious while an investigation is underway.
- Any taxes or charges imposed by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers) are the user's responsibility.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to the current policy displayed on the platform.
Users are responsible for ensuring all payment details provided are accurate. 171 is not liable for transaction delays or failures resulting from incorrect information or issues on the user's bank's end.
Liability Limits & Disclaimer
The 171 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of its content and services. To the extent permitted by law, 171 is not liable for:
- Financial losses arising from use of the platform, whether direct or indirect.
- Service disruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Loss of account data resulting from the user's own actions or unauthorised third-party access.
- Game results that have been processed and confirmed by the system.
Under no circumstances shall 171's total liability to any user exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim.
Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
171 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account, temporarily or permanently, under the following circumstances:
- The user has violated any of the rules set out in these terms.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or abuse of bonuses and promotions is detected.
- Registration details found to be false or inaccurate upon review.
- Accounts inactive beyond the stipulated period with no transactions on record.
- Upon request by a legitimate law enforcement authority.
In the event of a legitimate account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures, once all relevant investigations are complete. 171's decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 171 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and trade names — is the exclusive property of 171 or its respective licensors. You are not permitted to:
- Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform's content without written authorisation.
- Using the 171 logo or name for commercial or personal purposes without official approval.
- Reproducing, selling, or republishing any element of the platform for any purpose whatsoever.
Any use of platform content that infringes intellectual property rights may result in legal action under copyright laws applicable in Malaysia.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
171 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to ensure continued compliance with the latest version.
These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of this platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between both parties. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution body.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions in this document.
